I was with a group and we all loved this place. Great food and drinks, appetizers and entrees. Servers took great care of us and had a nice surprise for a birthday too. I will come back here!
This was my first time here. Everything was fantastic. We had the pork belly as an appy and the Gaucho for 2 as our entree. All my favorite foods cooked to perfection. Chicken, chorizo sauce, lobster, shrimp, steak, plantains, black beans and rice. Delicious. I will be returning.
We definitely recommend Cuba Libre if you’re visiting Atlantic City! The food is fantastic, bursting with authentic Spanish and Cuban flavors. We started with the Cha Cha Cha appetizer, which was a fun and generous sampler—two pieces of every appetizer on the menu. Perfect for sharing! The mango mojito was a hit—refreshing, well-balanced, and full of flavor. For entrees, we tried the chicken asado, ropa vieja (which our friends raved about), and lechon asado, which was cooked to perfection. The only miss of the night was the salmon, which was unfortunately overcooked and lacked flavor. We kind of had to wait a long time for our dirty plates to be removed from the table, and waited a lot for anything so be prepared. A great bonus: after 11 PM, the restaurant transforms into a lively Latin music spot. If you dined there earlier, you can return later for the nightlife without paying the entry fee—just don’t forget to bring your receipt! All in all, a fantastic dining experience with a vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing! It’s always busy, but the waitlist is totally worth it. The food is absolutely delicious, the drinks are just as good, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!
Really delicious place with unique food fusions! The queso in a skillet with tomatoes, arugula and fennel so good that we all ordered another one! Crab guacamole was amazing - tons of delicious limp crab on top. The yuca fries were the best I’ve had & the dipping sauce was so so good. Espresso martini was delicious. We did order a newer dish - the fried snapper - it was not good at all, and I we had to send it back, but the staff was super understanding about that. The atmosphere is gorgeous and service was good. I definitely recommend trying this place!
Presentation was better but I ate some and had to take a photo to leave a review and I’m still here lol. Customer service A1!!!!! bartenders are very pleasant . Seafood soup is amazing ! Price is ok but worth it. Hopefully I’ll make it back before the end of the night for another dish. Drink I picked so so. I’ll try some thing else. Overall Amazing !!! Best food I’ve eaten in Tropicana and I’ve almost tried everything all the times I’ve come. Have no idea why it’s my first time here
Decided on Cuba Libre to celebrate a birthday and do not regret it. Food and service were amazing. The attention to detail for the birthday guests was too cute. For dessert you can add a coffee for 1 with the dessert combo, worth it. Definitely recommend.
Love this place! Our Server Amber was professional and actually caring! The Gaucho dish was freaking excellent. If Mgmt is reading this upgrade Amber’s rank. She is the best.
